PROJECT: LEGOLAND Exisiting Estates - LEGOLAND Malaysia
DETAIL: The brief for the project was to bring a new and elevated version of the Ferrari attraction, that is featured in various other sites across the Existing estate, to LEGOLAND Malaysia. The new attraction was to feature a brand-new Animatronic Robot, brand-new media, updated visuals/graphics, and new gameplay logic to allow the final race moment to be a new batched experience, hosted by the Robot.

Digital Race Table
In the grand finale of the experience, guests scan their finely tuned LEGO Ferraris onto the interactive table. Here, they can personalise their vehicles by selecting custom tyres, upgrading their engines, and choosing a slick number plate to represent their racing identity. Once ready, the countdown begins and the race is on! Guests go head-to-head on the digital ‘Pista di Fiorano’ in a high-octane showdown, brought to life by the dynamic commentary of the brand-new Dena Animatronic, who narrates every twist, turn, and overtake with thrilling excitement.
Jump Tracks
With all new media content, the Jump Tracks, were given a facelift in this version of the attraction. Guests launch their LEGO Ferrari designs down the ramps, aiming them through the upscale LEGO tyres, to land on the other side. These epic jumps are captured by our LEGO Cameramen Minifigures, who transmit it up on to the big screens above.
Tune Track
At the Tune Track, guests race their LEGO Ferrari's underneath the Upscale Prop model of the LEGO V12 Model replica, which lets out an almighty roar as they pass underneath.
Speed Track
The Speed Track allows guests to race their LEGO Ferrari creations against one another along the track, with sensors measuring how long it takes for the car to cross the finish-line.
